As soon as a person can pick up your enquiry and read it properly. We would rather call once, prepared, than instantly with nothing useful to say.

Do you quote a fixed total?

We quote the crew and the hourly rate, and we will give you an honest read on the hours a job like yours usually takes. A fixed total invented sight-unseen is how meter panic starts, so we do not do it.

What should I mention about access?

Anything about the drive (steep, shared, battle-axe), the carry from where a truck can stand to your door, internal stairs or half-flights, and under-house or garage storage. If you are not sure, say so; working that out is our job, not yours.

Can you move a piano or a pool table?
