Terms & disclaimer
Last updated July 2026.
Using this site means accepting these terms. They are short and there is no trick in them.
Guides and tools are guidance, not quotes
Everything on this site, including the guides and the Carry Plan, is general guidance offered in good faith. The Carry Plan's run plan, crew suggestions and corridor notes are honest steering based on what you tell it; they are not a quote, a booking, or a promise about hours or outcomes. A real quote happens on a real call, about your real house, and is confirmed with you before any booking exists.
Rates shown
The hourly rates published on this site are genuine and current as at the date shown on the relevant page. They describe the pricing structure for the crews listed. The rate that applies to your job is the one confirmed with you on the callback.
Road and works information
Pages describing road conditions, including the Wakehurst Parkway works, reflect the situation when written and are dated accordingly. Roads change faster than websites; always rely on Transport for NSW's live sources for the day itself, as we do.
Images
Some images on this site are illustrative, including stock and generated imagery. They show the kind of work we do and the standard we work to, not a specific past job or a specific customer's property.
Our content
The words, mark and graphics on this site are ours. Quote from the guides with attribution and a link, welcome; wholesale copying, no.
Liability, plainly
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law; where such rights apply, they apply in full. Anything we actually contract to do for you is governed by the terms agreed at booking.
