Nearly half of Belrose's homes are units, villas and townhouses, most of them in the pockets off Forest Way and Narabang Way. Those moves do not need a big crew or a big speech. They need two careful movers, a truck, and the same straight rate we quote everyone.
What the two-mover crew covers
- Unit, villa and townhouse moves, local or across Sydney. Complex driveways, shared paths and courtyard gates all get the same walk-first treatment as a big house.
- Downsizer arrivals. Plenty of our small moves are the second half of a big one: the kept furniture landing in a villa. Same care, smaller day.
- Single big pieces. A piano, a fridge, a wardrobe that will not fit in the ute. If it needs two professionals and a truck, it is a real job to us.
- Within-complex shuffles. Moving two doors down still means stairs, wraps and a trolley. Cheaper in hours, same standard.
What it costs
2 movers and a truck, $250 an hour, from arrival to final placement. If the access says a bigger crew would genuinely save you money in hours, we will say so on the call and explain why; it stays your choice.
Worth knowing
Villa and townhouse complexes often have rules about where a truck may stand and when. Tell us the complex name or street on the callback and we will sort the plan with you before the day. If your move involves a tricky drive or a long shared path, the Carry Plan takes about a minute and makes the callback sharper.
